The Men's V Neck: Androgynist Fashion

The newest young-adult generation has been through quite a few repeats of recent fashion history. From the tight pants to the over-sized clothes; fashion does indeed repeat in American culture.

One generalization of facts in this cohort and its influences is the subtle reversal of girls and boys appearances. Examples include the long hair of boys to short hair of girls and 'boyfriend jeans' of girls to 'v' neck tees of boys.

Androgyny fashion of men from the mid 80's was spoken as creative, unique, and 'brave' by its female fans. Many hints of influence from this period are seen in this group of young men such as the tight pants and low shirts.

The 'v' neck is only a huff in the drastics of the 80's fad but it is largely accepted as a men's favorite for his image. The basic 'v' neck has many looks and varieties. However, the bare under-chest of the 'v' neck tee is the dynamic of the set. This look has been a woman's favorite since its appearance. In generalization, humans of universal cultural norms believe the act of homosexuality is wrong and this reversal of appearance is considered as such.

A look into the evolutionary theory would show a basic 'rule' of breeding: the more suitable male is always chosen to ensure better offspring. In layman's terms this explains an intangible battle amongst men to win women and even vice versa. A brave movement into the psyche of humans such as androgynist fashion could enforce the cycles of fashion in both men and women.

The 'v' neck is a bold twist and can hold many meanings. It is promised to never go out of fashion for it can be worn any season and by any guy. Guys like it cause it 'shows off their chest' and girls aren't going to argue with that. Wear it as the meant to be sweater vest with 'shirt and tie' or as the hip thin tee cut in scar shape but don't go too low, women know better then to fall for the taking-it-one-step-further guys. Remember too, that it's not just for the ladies; it can also be worn in a professional casual situation such as at work.

Fashion is simply a civilized battle fought for a reward of the opposite sex.

Dress to body type

All woman can look good in a dress; but just any dress will not do.
A collage of body types can help you find your dress.
This model has found a dress that had but one flaw. Her chest width is too wide for the strap look. A strapless would have been perfect, because the straps draw attention to how far apart her shoulders are. But if it were strapless she would be able to bring out her clean skin tone with her tall collar area. The spotted tan cloth is a nice shade to her paler skin, the spots also blends aged with cute. And as long as she has the same skin tone and no blemishes on her legs, the cut off of the dress will be perfect too.
